Based
on the analysis of literary sources examined trends in alternative energy
sources in various countries and the prospects for their use. As the object of
study as a possible future alternative energy sources, selected to install,
which may separately or simultaneously using wind energy and water, i.e., wind hydropower
station (WHPS). The article presents the functional diagram of the control
system WHPS and its components: wind power station (WPS) and hydropower station
(HPS) units. The analysis of the quality of functioning in a changing WHPS wind
flow and peak loads, given the scheme and the simulation results in the control
system environment MATLAB/SIMULINK, investigated the influence of
characteristics of the operator on the transition process for the inclusion of WPS
on a with HPS an output shaft by means of magnetic particle clutch.
