FOR EVALUATION OF EXCESSIVE PROPERTIES SYSTEMS of flywheels

Presented the rationale for using excess engine flywheel in flywheel system of the
spacecraft in order to increase resource orientation
and stabilization system,
and since the existence of active spacecraft in
general. Obtained qualitative
and quantitative indicators of eye-worried
application redundancy in such systems,
allowing both the quality and level of metric to compare different options for
arranging the engine flywheel in the
system orientation and stabilization,
and allow solution of the inverse problem in the layout of power - items you-Detect
the number and location options
for engines in excess systems
of flywheels.
