MODELLING BUSINESS PROCESS OF SERVICE AIRPORT PASSENGERS

The analysis of model airport business processes is conducted; a conceptual model in Adonis environment like organizational, informational, and functional ensuring complex is developed. A functional model of the registration passengers’ business process in BPWin environment is build. "Narrow" places of passenger check-in are identified. A simulation model of passenger check-in to investigate the dynamics of passenger service is created, the analysis of information flows and to study the statistical characteristics. To analyze the main characteristics of a process of passenger services experiments are performed.
