There is problem definition of choice of communication processes for the decline of risk of innovative project implementation in the article. Risk, related to appearance of new tasks, technical requirements to the innovative project is examined and analyzed. This risk is controlled and decreased by strengthening of control of project performance course, that is related to the lead through of numerous project participants communication co-operations.
