Analysis of dynamic and cost characteristics MANUFACTURING PROCESSES WITH SERIAL CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGY

Propose a method of performance evaluation process consistent with the use of the mathematical apparatus of systems Mass Service, which allows you to simulate the performance of models of production processes to the temporary employment of resources and the availability of the required amount of material resources. Modeled the structure of the production process, we can identify "weak" in the system. By changing various process parameters, an optimum ratio of the time and cost processes is achieved. We consider two cost models of queuing aimed at reaching a compromise between profit derived from sales to production of the planned volume of production and loss of profits resulting from delays in the production process and possible restrictions on the production of relevant capacities.
