The main features
of petroleum supply chain management by using logistics and simulation modeling
approach is considered. We propose the agent-based simulation model for
analysis of logistics in the supply chain “network of refiners - a network of
gas stations”. We describe the detail of behavior and agents interaction in the
simulation process of distribution petroleum products. The proposed computer
system can be used to make decisions for effective management in integrated
complexes of petroleum storage and distribution.
Key words: agent-based simulation model,
agent, petroleum, logistic, supply chain.
