The problems of application of
testing to assess knowledge in the national system of assessment are discussed.
The analysis of application software for implementing functions of test design,
testing and psychometric analysis is proposed. These advantages and
disadvantages of existing systems are shown. The analysis of information characteristics
at different stages of development and testing is proposed. The new methods of
specification test results, the formation of equivalent samples, automatic test
generation based on the bank of tests were designed. An
illustrative examples are given.
