The new type of
sensory unit for registration of human antibodies in solution is offered. The
sensory unit is implemented on the base of atomic-force microscope (APM).
Principle of work of this unit is based on relation of oscillation frequency of
cantilever and its mass. The main advantage of this
device is high sensivity, it reacts on change of mass in picogrammes.
