SENSOR UNIT ON THE BASE OF CANTILEVER SYSTEMS OF AN ATOMIC-FORCE MICROSCOPE FOR DETECTION VARICELLA ZOSTER VIRUS STRAIN OKA

The new type of sensory unit for registration of human antibodies in solution is offered. The sensory unit is implemented on the base of atomic-force microscope (APM). Principle of work of this unit is based on relation of oscillation frequency of cantilever and its mass. The main advantage of this device is high sensivity, it reacts on change of mass in picogrammes. The results of detection of Varicella Zoster virus strain Oka by the sensory unit are given. The method of immobilization of human antibodies on the surface of silicic cantilevers is considered.
