DEVELOPMENT OF METHOD OF PROGNOSTICATION OF QUALITY OF INSTRUMENT-MAKING PRODUCTS

Application of the complex approach to forecasting of quality of production with application of methods of an estimation of the personnel, the industrial equipment and quality of performance of logistical operations is considered. The method of forecasting of quality of production for the short-term and long-term period of time with use of the device of imitating modeling and methods of a quantitative estimation of manufacture for the purpose of an estimation of processes of aging of the equipment in the form of probability of release of qualitative production is offered. The method is based on the analysis of the received statistical information as a result of inspection of manufacture and an estimation of quality of let out production.
