THE GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF THE SYSTEM DESCRIPTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AUTOMATED RADIO ENGINEERING SYSTEMS OF INFORMATION SUPPORT OF DRIVING OF COURTS IN COASTAL SEA REGIONS

The review of the general principles of the system description and implementation of the automated radio engineering systems of information support of driving of courts in coastal sea regions is given. The skeleton diagram of classification of the automated radio engineering systems and objects of the information interaction, considering specificity of the last is developed. The functional diagram of the real automated radio engineering system in which basis the decomposition method of difficult systems, suitable for practical implementation in any sea regions of Ukraine and other countries is supposed is resulted.
