Optimization of the geo-distributed manufacturing
system location at ground surface
O.Ye. Fedorovich, L.D. Grekov, K.O. Zapadnya
The problem of
rational location of geo-distributed manufacturing system (GDMS) (oil- and
gas-mining, telecommunication system, distributed machine-building complex
etc.) at ground surface is stated and solved. The important feature of GDMS is
the usage of expensive ground resource, that should be
used to locate the main technological units and trunk communication channels.
Because of its complexity and great size the problem of GDMS location at ground
surface should be divided in two stages (location of technological units;
location of trunk communication channels). In the optimization task the main
criteria and restrictions are: expenses on purchase of plots, costs of works
directed to prepare the plots to the state required for GDMS location, costs of
trunk communication channels laying , costs related to
support the required ecological state of plots.
Key words: geo-distributed manufacturing
system, optimal usage of ground resource, optimization of technological units
location, optimization of trunk communication channels location.
